  • We currently ship to addresses within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the selected shipping method and your location.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.

6. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 7. Delivery Issues

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@iclothing.in with your order number and details. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, file a claim with the courier service.

9. International Shipping

  • At this time, iClothing.in does not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
